When you purchase FrozenXplosion, the shipping is FREE to the continental United States.
Standard Shipping Times are as follows:
• 1-7 Cases are shipped via UPS Ground and average 3-5 business days)
• 8 or more cases are shipped via Freight and average 7-10 business days)

FrozenXplosion offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If at any time you are unhappy with our product, you may return the unopened product(s), and we’ll provide a refund for the returned items.
Note, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product(s) and may use a shipping method of their choice.

Blender Returns and Warranty:
Waring offers a two-year repair warranty from the date of purchase which extends to the motor of the blender only. The pitchers for the blenders are not covered by the warranty as Waring sees the jars as a high wear item and cannot put it under their repair policy.
To return a blender motor please ship the motor to our Frozen X-Plosion warehouse:

After we have received the motor we will return it to the Waring warehouse, where it will be replaced. After the repair has been completed, we will ship the motor back to you. You need only cover the cost of shipping your blender motor to the Frozen X-Plosion warehouse.
