Terms and conditions It is understood that by submitting this form you authorize the automatic shipment of 2 cases per month of Frozen Xplosion. You also authorize that your credit card that your credit card will be billed $270 monthly for the two cases. The blender placed within your business is owned by Frozen Xplosion and thus lent to your business as long as owner maintains the purchase of two cases per month. Blender will be shipped directly to retailer’s specified address with receipt of each signed contract. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping. If contract is terminated prior to the purchase of 24 cs in twelve month period blender must be returned to Frozen Xplosion within 15 days or your credit card will be charged $500.00 for the blender. Contract termination must be received in writing. Blender becomes property of retailer after 24 cs have been purchased within twelve month period. This contract is for the term of 12 months after signing date. Shipments will continue unless cancellation is received in writing. All product purchased by customer is non-returnable. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer made by Frozen Xplosion.
